The Singapore HR Challenge seeks to engage future leaders, people managers, critical thinkers, and contributors of the new workforce. It is a platform to showcase innovation and creativity as well as promote progressive HR to students.

The theme for Singapore HR Challenge 2010 is Managing Diversity: Bridging Communication Gaps. 63 teams from various institutions took part in this year's Challenge. On 6 February 2010, 12 teams competed in 3 categories, namely JCs/ITEs, Polytechnics and University/Open.

HR Transmutation^TM

Singapore HR Congress & Business-Connect Exposition 2010 is a platform for global exchange, learning and sharing among business leaders, people managers and HR professionals.

The recent economic churning has made it explicitly clear that the industry was not just facing another downturn but it is accompanied by impactful structural, demographic and mindset changes across the industry; and top management cannot afford to respond with anything less than a complete overhaul of the system to survive and sustain. Hence, the newly derived term - HR Transmutation^TM comes to the forefront to explore the dynamisms in deeper context and change.
