David joined SHRI in 1996 after more than 25 years of contribution in the manufacturing and services sectors where he held various senior positions. As Executive Director of SHRI, David has transformed the Institute into a regional name that the human capital industry referred to on people management and progression matters.

Angela Lim

Nanyang Technological University
(NTU)

Angela Lim is the Chief Human Resource Officer at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), a position which reports to the President of the University. Appointed as Vice-President Human Resources in 2003, she was re-titled following the rationalization of academic titles at NTU. In her current role, she is in-charge of the entire span of group human resource management of faculty members, management & support staff, and research staff and conversant with all aspects of talent management in a leading global research university.

Francis has more than 15 years in Human Resources and began his career in the hotel industry before joining the public sector. Prior to MND, Francis was with the Ministry of Community Development and Ministry of Education. During the stint in the public sector, he has held several portfolios, ranging from HR policy/system development, overseeing the Human Resource Teams and corporate services in the respective agencies.

Geraldine who has more than 25 years experience working in multi-sectors, MNCs and local conglomerates and in different organizational growth phase, is currently the Chief Human Resource Officer of NTUC First Campus, a large early childhood network comprising of a Training Institute and four brands of childcare centres totally more than 100 centres in Singapore.

Ms Jae Annie Tay has been the Deputy Director, Human Resource in the Energy Market Authority (EMA) since July 2009. Her current achievements include the review of the compensation framework for both the professional and support group, introduction of the T2IPS and 3As training frameworks and the re-certification of People Developer and Singapore Quality Class.

Henri Tan

Rotary Engineering Ltd

Prior to joining Rotary Engineering Limited in 2000, Mr Henri Tan was working with a government agency, the then Singapore’s Productivity and Standards Board as the International Relations Officer. Subsequently, Mr Tan joined the non-profit organisation, PICAS (Process Industry Contractors Association Singapore) where he worked actively with the various stakeholders including government agencies to promote skills upgrading for the Oil and Gas industries.
