Practices/ Business Tracks
SHRI recognises that good leaders in any organisation
accomplish goals and manage changes through people. Coupled with
a well-placed organisational development and capability
framework, an organisation can create desired impacts and
achieve key business and people outcomes in any part of the

leadership & talent management, HR & business connectivity;
human capital and organisational development – and brings them
to the discussion table to facilitate a paradigm shift and
uncover new perspectives and solutions.
