Track 1: HR Processes & Practices: Beyond Status Quo

 

In this track, HR Professionals, Practitioners and industry experts will share their existing human resources processes and practices, in the process, analysing the gaps that are existent in their systems. This will address the need to change, the need for an overhaul of the system. The discussions arising from these presentations will examine on what needs to be done in the human resources functions in order to heighten the effectiveness and importance of progressive HR Processes and Practices.

 

Track 2: HR Transmutation: Percolate and Propagate

This track will see academics, seasoned HR Practitioners and industry experts sharing their strategies, methodologies, insights, developments and proposals to percolate the concept of HR Transmutation^TM. This is in an aim to percolate the concept of HR Transmutation^TM in multiple directions for the benefit of the HR function, Human Capital, Businesses, Economy and Country at large.
 

Track 3: Towards a Suitable Future

 

This track derives conclusions from the presentations, discussions and insights provided in the above 2 tracks. Particularly highlighting the changes necessary to take human resources and human capital to the next level, this track will prove to be the determinant of the transmutation for human resources.
