“I must say that SHRI Singapore HR Congress was an enjoyable and memorable experience for me. I have learnt more information about human resource management as well as getting to bond with my classmates. It was certainly an eye opener because I saw many different foreign leaders who are experts in the field of human resource management.”

Dear David and Falilah,

I enjoyed working with both of you to help make the 2009 HR Congress a success.  You have a very fine organisation that is making a significant impact on the HR field in Singapore.  You should be very proud of the outcomes that you have been able to achieve over these many years.  Congratulations.

I think the conference was very professionally planned and executed. I am glad to be part of this event.

Thanks for organising the Congress and for giving me the opportunity to benefit from it. It was well organised and many of the workshops were very useful.

- Mr Peter Wee, PPA(G)

Director (Human Resource)

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS)

The Singapore HR Congress & Business-Connect Exposition 2008 has provided me with many good opportunities to stay abreast of the new developments in the field of HRM. All the sessions I attended were very informative and thought-provoking.  I was particularly inspired by the presentations made by BCG Group on the HR challenges through 2015 and by David Kent on aligning employees with brand values.

The exploration tours to Philips InnoHub and the National Parks Board provided delegates with unique opportunities to discover how human resource management principles and techniques were applied to support corporate strategies. It was a very enriching experience to visit workplaces and to interact with people who were very passionate and serious about their work.

I was also delighted to attend the workshop by Nishant Kasibhatla, the Memory Expert, on HR Day at SHRI.  It really comforted me to learn that I had not irreversibly lost the memory capacity I had when I was younger.  I have been applying the techniques recommended by Nishant since attending the presentation, and have found them very useful.

I wish to thank SHRI once again for giving HR professionals the opportunity to keep our HR knowledge up-to-date and to interact with service providers. In addition to the Singapore HR Congress & Business-Connect Exposition, I really appreciate the additional learning opportunities from the company visits as well as the HR Day. It was also an immense pleasure to meet the friendly SHRI staff again after Singapore HR Congress & Business-Connect Exposition 2007.
