Organisational change is constant and inevitable, hence the continue success of organisations lies in the ability of its leaders to manage change.

This session features the 'star framework' for change management, delivered using a 'creative and fun' training approach.  It is designed for corporate managers aspiring to be effective transformational leaders. At the end of the session, the participants will gain useful insights on best practices in change management, drawing from live examples.

Nelson Salangsang, who heads the International Projects Unit within the Office of Commerical Services at QUT, is a dynamic training professional who has designed and delivered several training programs for both public and private sector clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Nelson created a 'star framework' drawing from his experience as manager, and learnings inspired by well-known experts in change management and transformational leadership.
