The Singapore HR Challenge 2013 is here! Into its 6th year, the Singapore HR Challenge 2013 serves to engage future leaders, people managers, critical thinkers, and contributors of the new workforce. The Challenge is a platform to showcase innovation and creativity as we as promote progressive HR to students. The theme for Singapore HR Challenge 2013 is A Shrinking Workforce and Better Work-Life Practices in Singapore - What should be our National Agenda? This theme attempts to highlight the current national challenges and scenario and the various strategies that leaders and organisations can adopt to overcome the challenge of building up a high-skilled, productive and innovative workforce. Give ideas, discuss and provide insights into ways that companies could provide for better work-life for their employees leading to better family ties, children and quality of life, i.e. overall progress for self, others and Singapore.
We are on the move to identify
future HR Leaders who can share and present their best HR practical solutions at
the Singapore HR Challenge 2013. Winners will stand a chance to gain internship
with an established company and gain an opportunity to learn the nuts and bolts
of Human Resources.
