Individual HR Awards
Judging
Criteria
Developed in
conjunction with leading academics and professionals from the HR
industry, the Awards’ selection and judging process builds on a
rigorous 4-month long assessment that includes workplace
assessments from members of the judging panel. The judging panel
of The Singapore HR Awards is made up of distinguished judges
and advisors from the business and HR arenas. The panel will
evaluate and decide on the award recipients based on the judging
criteria described below.
