Application Process

 

All applications must be made on the official application form. Please click on Information Package for more details.

 

Important points to note:

 

1. Submission period: 28 Nov 2011 - 30 Dec 2011 for all applications

                               19 Dec 2011 - 20 Jan 2012 for all reports

 

2. Briefing sessions at SHRI:

- 24 November 2011: 4.00pm - 5.30pm (TR9)

 

3. Submission requirements for all reports: Click on Report Requirement.

4. Interview schedule for shortlisted nominees: 13 February to 27 April 2012.

6. Announcement of Award Recipients at The Singapore HR Awards 2012 Gala Night: 06 July 2012

 

Administration Fees (Applicable to SHRI Corporate Friends Only):
 - For 1-3 category submissions: S$350
 - For 4-6 category submissions: S$600

 - For 7 or more category submissions: S$800

 

Payment can be made via cash or cheque. For cheque payment, please made payable to "SHRI".

Terms & Conditions

1. Organisations are eligible to submit applications for the various categories as highlighted in the Information Package, and to nominate their CEO's, HR Leaders, HR Professionals and Executives for the respective individual awards.

2. Incomplete entries would be disqualified.

3. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence would be entertained. A judge whose organisation is nominated shall not participate in the judging process for that organisation.

4. All award recipients are required to be shared in one of the SHRI events (within a period of 10-12 months).

5. All prizes that are not collected within one month from the date of notification would be forfeited.

6. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash.

7. Application closes on 16 December 2011 at 6pm.

8. Please note that administration fees are only applicable to organisations who join us / are currently SHRI's Corporate Friends.

9. All awarded recipients would be required to take up an award package of their choice. Details of packages can be found here.

10. Each nomination for an individual category will be regarded as 1 category submission.
