In collaboration with Edinburgh Napier University, SHRI Academy offers a
part-time Master of Science programme leading to the MSc International
Human Resource Management award by Edinburgh Napier University.
This course aims to develop your personal and professional skills to enable
you to succeed in dynamic and complex international business
environments. It will equip you with knowledge and understanding of
global perspectives in HRM. This will prepare you to work in
organisations to develop and sustain competitive advantage.
Graduates from this course will also be equipped with the knowledge and
understanding of global perspectives on HRM necessary to succeed in
dynamic and complex international business environments. You will learn
how to apply appropriate theories and concepts to professional practice
while developing a critical understanding of international business
environments and the impact on HRM approaches and practices. You will
graduate with a range of skills that will enable you to progress your
career with the HRM sector.

to enable our graduates to compete in this expanding labour market.

Upon completion of the programme, students will be awarded:

Napier University which is equivalent to the MSc International Human
Resources master degree conferred upon Edinburgh Napier graduates in the
