Evaluation Report

The Graduates survey was carried out at the SHRI Academy Graduation Ceremony in June 2011.
There were 40 respondents.

Profile of Graduates

87.5% are currently employed. The monthly average salary of the graduates is shown in the chart below.

Impact of Course on Graduates

Promotion. 10% of graduates reported that they were given a promotion upon graduation from the course.

Salary Increment. 15% received a salary increment upon completion of course.

Academic Progression. 90% of respondents are keen to further their academic progression with SHRI Academy.

Overall impression of Course

A respondent wrote: “They are very professional and understand issues well. Many thanks. I appreciate the learning journey.”
