Certificate in Organisational Psychology (COP)

This programme introduces the foundation in the field of psychology and psychological aspects of organisational functioning. Students will engage in psychological theories and their applications. This programme will benefit HR professionals whose job requires them to interact with others on a frequent basis.

Course Content

Module 1: Principles of Psychology (30 hours)

• Mind and Behaviour

• Sensation and Perception

• Learning & Intelligence

• Emotions & Motivation

• Personality & Disorders

Module 2: Understanding Organisational Psychology (33 hours)

• Foundations of Industrial/ Organisational Psychology

• Organisational Behaviour & Work Psychology

• Stress Management

• Psychological Testing & Assessment

Course Duration

• 63 training hours; 3 months

• Lessons are conducted twice a week

Assessment Methods

Candidates will be assessed through assignments, class participations and written examinations. Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will be awarded the Certificate in Organisational Psychology by SHRI Academy.

Advancement

COP graduates may proceed to the Diploma in Organisational Psychology programme.
