“I must say that SHRI Singapore HR Congress was an enjoyable and memorable experience for me. I have learnt more information about human resource management as well as getting to bond with my classmates. It was certainly an eye opener because I saw many different foreign leaders who are experts in the field of human resource management.”

SHRI RESEARCH CENTRE >> Research & Practice in HRM

An international journal for HR practitioners

Research & Practice in Human Resource Management (RPHRM) is an international refereed journal published by Singapore Human Resources Institute, and the School of Management, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia.

The aim and scope of the journal is to provide a specialised academic medium and critical reference for the dissemination of research and practice in human resource management, particularly in South-East Asian organisations.

The journal includes qualitative and quantitative empirical studies which contribute to a better understanding of human resource management challenges in the Pacific Rim. In addition, case studies that highlight the application of specific techniques or describe the impact of personnel or organisational practice are included to provide useful guidance and advice to practitioners.
