SHRI Facilities Rental is the
solution, and helps you save money at the same time!
Conveniently located just outside the CBD area, and easily
accessible via public transport, SHRI training room facilities
are available at attractive rates for
SHRI members
and the public
With a total of 12 training
rooms with seating capacities from 35 to 85 participants,
we are able to serve a wide range of training needs
We provide quality training aids and audio/ visual equipment to
assist you in your training, which include LCD projector and
screen, speakers, flipchart stand and papers, whiteboard and
markers
Seating arrangements* can be
arranged to cater to your training styles
Catering services* are available if you require refreshments for
tea-breaks
Advertising services* are also available if you require us to
advertise for your training/ event
We are available for rental 7 days
a week; from 9am - 10pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on
weekends (excluding public holidays)
Prior to renting our facilities, we highly recommend that you
confirm the dates and time of your training/ event
Our room reservations are released
one-month in advance (eg. February schedule is released for
reservation on January)

Our 5-step
Reservation Process is designed to be quick, easy and hassle-free!
1.
Check if the room is Available (above) for
the Date and Time you require (one month in advance)
2. Reserve the room via our
Online Reservation Form
3. Confirm of reservation with the Quotation of your
rental will be sent to your email
4. Invoice will be mailed to your billing address upon
your confirmation (or emailed to you if you choose PayPal
payment option)
5. Pay prior to the start of your rental, or upon invoice,
and you’re done!
