How many times have you felt like you
should have gotten a better business deal but did not know how to do it?
How many times have you had the feeling that you paid too much for
something because you had no other choice? The secret to a successful
deal is in knowing how to negotiate effectively. Negotiating is not
always about price. Successful negotiation is not about you winning at
the expense of the other party. Successful negotiation is about how to
make the other party understand your side of things.

Trainers Profile
Trainer has led Diethelm Singapore to establish a Marine Department from
scratch to become a profitable division within two years. Head-hunted to
help Material Handling Engineering promote its business locally as well
as abroad. As the General Manager of its Products Division, he
spearheaded the product development of two companys products, one of
which was the first locally designed and manufactured Automated Guided
Vehicle (AGV). The company subsequently became public listed in 1989.
The trainer has managed a couple of other SMEs in the information
technology and multi media industries. Set up Apex Technologies
International with several partners in 1993. Became the Management
Representative and brought the company to ISO 9001 certification in
1996. Presently, consults and trains corporations in leadership,
creativity and management related topics.
