Methodology

Phase 1 – Diagnostic: before the
workshop, discussions will be held with the company to determine the
main issues, if any, to be addressed during the program.

Phase 2 – Program Design: based on the
inputs from Phase 1, the key considerations of the company will be
incorporated in the program teaching.
-
Phase 3 – Workshop: examples, case-studies,
role-plays, self-analysis, group discussions and hands-on exercises on
the various tools and techniques for project scheduling will ensure
participants can apply them back at their workplaces.
