us at this workshop to understand in detail the requirements of the
People Developer Standard. Learn how you can conduct an audit of your
organisation using the dimensions of the People Developer Standard,
provide written feedback on the strengths and areas for improvement in
the people development practices of the organisation, as well as create
and action plan for improvement based on the dimensions of PDS for your
organisation.

Trainer Profile
Praba Nair is a management consultant and corporate trainer. He has held
various management and consulting positions in Human Resource and
Knowledge Management both in Singapore and the region over the past
eighteen years. He specialises in the area of human resource
development, organisational learning, change management and knowledge
management. Praba is a frequent speaker in seminars and conferences in
Singapore and the region. He is a certified People Developer Assessor
Trainer and Learning Organisation facilitator. His regional experience
includes engagements in countries such as India, East & West Malaysia,
Indonesia, London, Myanmar and Vietnam.
