Ong Hong Him

DMS, Dip Mkt, Dip Ind Mgt, CREA, Certified CBCI & DISC practitioner
Hong Him
is a professional trainer and an Associate Consultant with SHRI, SPEC,
and TMI. He is the top psychology based trainer, speaker with Directive
Communication. He has given public lectures and conducted workshops and
tutorials in Interviewing and Selection, Human Resource Management,
Career Management & Planning, Personal Motivation & Effectiveness, HR
Policies & Practices, Writing CVs and Preparation for Job Interviews, Be
your Own Boss, Performance Based Payment System, and TWI courses. In
addition to being accredited by WDA as a competency based course
developer, trainer and assessor, he is a certified practitioner and
consultant for DISC and Colored Brain Communication Inventory (CBCI).
Hong Him is a professional member of SHRI. His 25 years of HR expertise
includes consulting with Deloitte as well as being the HR Director of
BP, Philips Petroleum, and Boise Cascade. He was an Employer Panel
