Selection for Non-HR Personnel (HRM110)
Equip yourself with the skills for conducting effective interviews using
the “Behaviour Model Approach”. Topics such as the selection process,
types of interview approaches, and what to do before, during and after
an interview will be covered. Emphasis will be placed on the diverse
legal and cultural environment.
