increasingly on the empowerment of employees. It will be beneficial for
companies to encourage entrepreneurial initiative in the workplace and
allow employees to feel like partners of the company. In view of this,
our traditional reward systems will have to be reviewed for long-term
company viability.
This
two-day workshop will guide participants to rethink and review wage
