Developing an Effective Employee Handbook (HRM105)

An Employee Handbook is an important workplace document. It formally and consistently explains to employees the company’s policies, programmes and procedures. This workshop is an in-house programme that identifies the difference between handbooks and policy/procedure/manuals, the reasons to have a handbook, handbook topics, as well as language and legal concerns.
