Methodology
Workshop
will be facilitated using lecturettes, discussion groups, pen and paper
exercises, one case study and two role plays.
Trainer Profile
Mr Yin Hong
Shuen FSHRI SHRP, has 40 years of Human Resources and
Industrial Relations work experience working in a variety of industries
including Electronics Manufacturing, Media, and Petroleum. Positions he
held include the Training and Development Manager of Texas Instruments,
and HR Director of Caltex Asia. Mr Yin was a Change Management
Consultant for 3 years during which he spearheaded several organizations
through their HR re-organization during merger and acquisition.
