How to be Competent
in the Employment Act (HRM102)
This
workshop aims to give you a sound understanding of the concepts and
rationale behind the Employment Act. It attempts to answer some of the
common questions managers ask themselves, such as: “Last week I approved
the annual leave of an employee. Yesterday he tendered his resignation.
Can I revoke the approved annual leave?”

will receive a copy of "The Singapore Employment Act and Guide" by
Michael Chua and R. Theyvendran.

staff responsibility and those who wish to know the laws and practices
of the Employment Act.
