Workman Compensation from a Legal and HR
Perspective
It is
essential for business owners, managers and HR practitioners and those
working in the HR arena, to understand the importance of Workmen
Compensation, and its legal significance
The objective of the course is to introduce to learners the importance
of Workmen Compensation, and on how its work and what are the do and do
not when dealing with Workmen Compensation. There will be case studies,
and role play on how Workmen Compensation matters should be resolved.
By
the end of the course, participants would have achieved a better
understanding and appreciation of Workmen Compensation from a HR and
Legal point of view.
