Leading and Managing
Change (GMM106)
The
old adage that the only constant is change rings true as organisations
are under pressure to rapidly adapt to constantly changing environments,
expectations and technological advances. Leaders and managers have to
ensure that not only themselves, but also their staff, are flexible and
responsive to these changes and are proactive in driving and managing
change within their environments. This workshop provides participants
with the knowledge and skills to be capable and confident change leaders
who are able to engage and inspire people.
