Inspirational Leadership (GMM105)

Inspirational and calm leadership is a practical six-step approach to a new way of having conversations as one leads a team, a section or a group of people. The central theme points to a new way of thinking, a new way of listening and a new way of speaking, a new approach to every conversation a leader has with people.

  • Cite the general responsibilities of a leader

  • Identify the skills, qualities and values of a calm leader

    Apply the six step process as a guide to be a calm leader

Methodology

This is a highly interactive workshop with practice session at each step of the process. Participants are expected to contribute actively so as to draw the lessons learnt from the exercises.
