Inspirational and calm leadership is a practical six-step approach to a
new way of having conversations as one leads a team, a section or a
group of people. The central theme points to a new way of thinking, a
new way of listening and a new way of speaking, a new approach to every
conversation a leader has with people.

Methodology
This is a highly interactive workshop with practice session at each step
of the process. Participants are expected to contribute actively so as
