Time and Stress
Management (GMM104)
Take
charge of your life and conquer time wasters and stressors. Learn to
design a time and stress management plan unique to your needs. By the
end of this workshop, you will be able to maximise your work performance
through goal setting, recognise the sources of stress, manage stress
more effectively, learn the power of prioritisation and effective
delegation as well as manage difficult relationships.

Methodology
Group discussions, role-play, pair or group work, will be
used to encourage experiential learning in this course. We focus on
communication and participant interaction in a supportive atmosphere
where trainees are encouraged to work co-operatively. Trainees will also
be given opportunities to design a time/stress management plan for
themselves.
