The Competent
Supervisor (GMM101)
Effective supervision is dependent on developing the essential
cornerstones of trust, competence, shared-values and respect. To some,
these are often mundane and surprisingly simple to achieve. To others,
trusting others or gaining trust may be a challenge.
In this workshop, you will receive a personalised Personality Profiling
test that will identify your personal supervisory style. Gain insights
to effective conflict management and interpersonal relationship skills
as well as acquire the art of delegation, learn to motivate others and
build successful working relationships.
