The
supervisor plays a vital role in helping an organisation achieve its
objectives. An effective supervisor must be a good leader who is active
and dynamic in helping the team move forward while at the same time,
able to maintain a fine balance between effectiveness and efficiency.
This workshop aims to provide a comprehensive guide to becoming a
competent supervisor. While the use of theories and guidelines are
essential, emphasis will also be given to case studies and group
discussions.
