The
MGSM Postgraduate Diploma in Management offers students the
opportunity to learn across a range of contemporary management fields.
The programme is taught at the same level as the MBA and consists of six
course units.
Core Units
As with the MBA, MGSM adopts
the perspective that in order to perform effectively, a manager must be
able to manage money, people and markets. The MGSM Postgraduate Diploma
has three foundation units to provide students with a solid grounding in
these areas.

Course Duration
The Postgraduate
Diploma in Management may be completed in one year of part-time study,
depending on timetable availability.
Assessment Methods
MGSM
utilises a variety of assessment procedures, which include:

assignments

Individual and group
presentations

Examinations
·
Class participation
Not
all units have exams. In some units, performance and class participation
marks are awarded. Weightings of each component will vary across units.
