the local students as part of SHRI’s effort to breed a culture of
lifelong learning.

1. Post Graduate
Diploma in Global Business Administration (PGDGBA) |
Overview:
This programme
is designed to advance understanding and critical use of aspects of
contemporary international affairs. It will increase the competency of
managers to evaluate the appropriateness of advice provided externally
and internally and to utilise that information to make decisions
consistent with achieving suitable outcomes for multiple international
stakeholders. Participants will be able to:
- apply appropriate theories and skills in the international business
environment
- demonstrate competence in a range of areas relevant to management
practice at senior levels in internationally- focused businesses
- communicate effectively with other people within an organsiation
- comprehend, analyse and evaluate internal and external enviornmental
forces, and develop strategy for the management of change
The programme is to be conducted
for a period of one year by Sandz Management Academy in India and one
year by SHRI in Singapore.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university
Diploma with at least 3 years of Senior Management experience
Fees:
SHRI Fees: S$6,000.00 + 7% GST
Sandz Fees: INR 135,000.00

| 2. Post Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management (PGDHCM) |
Overview:
This course is suitable for those who work - or aspire to work -
in the field of human resource management. The HR manager of
today is concerned with the wider issues of organisational
effectiveness in increasingly globalised markets, where the
impact of managerial decisions has major ramifications for the
effectiveness of the organisation. In a world which is changing
rapidly and where stability is a thing of the past, the HR
manager will be central to the proactive management of the
workforce, operating from a strategic viewpoint in terms of the
future structure and functioning of the organisation.
The programme is to be conducted for a period of eight months by Sandz
Management
Academy in India and four months by SHRI in Singapore.

Overview:
People are the heart of business. It is enabling these people to
develop that creates competitive advantage. The programmes are
aimed at students with an interest in training, staff
development and organisational learning. This includes human
resource development and training officers; people in other
positions who have responsibility for staff development,
management development or organisational change programmes; or
people who are interested in pursuing a career in this area.
The programme is to be conducted for a period of eight months by Sandz
Management
Academy in India and four months by SHRI in Singapore.

Overview:
Globalisation is a force for both
collaboration and competition. It is also proving to be a
contest for resources both natural and human. With the global
war for qualified talent intensifying, this course will enable
the participant to understand how to manage Talent as a People
Leader and Talent Management as a key system in the organisation.
The
programme is to be conducted for a period of eight months
by Sandz Management Academy in India and four months by SHRI in
Singapore.
