(1) How to Register Your Staff for CSP?

Please click on the links below and download the documents. Fill up both documents and fax it to SHRI at 6299 4864 (attention to Daofen or Stella). Participants are required to bring along the original copy of the documents when they attend the programme.

(2) How to Apply for Absentee Payroll?

  • Apply at www.srp.org.sg
  • Employers will pay employee's salary during training and be reimbursed later

 Terms & Conditions:

1) All course payments must be made before the first day of the course.

2) Confirmation of places will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and upon receipt of payment.

3) Cancellation / postponement received less than 10 working days prior to the workshop commencement date will carry a 30% administration fee.

4) 100% attendance is required for this course. Participants who fail to complete the entire programme are liable to pay the full course fees of $650

5) SHRI reserves the right to cancel or change the date and time of the course in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify the participants.

6) Grounds for refunds:

  • In the event of cancellation/postponement of programme by SHRI.
  • In the event that participant-to-be fails to meet the minimum level 4 in the Computer Adaptive Test (CAT).
  • Medical reasons: an original medical certificate from any of the local polyclinics and a written letter of withdrawal is required for a refund to be claimed on medical grounds.
