About CSP

Certified Service Professional (CSP) programme is an
initiative by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) that aims
to instil a positive mindset among participants, equip them with
essential customer service skills and expose them to service jobs in the service
industry.
The CSP programme offered by SHRI is funded under the new government scheme - Skills Programme for
Upgrading and Resilience (SPUR) that provides employers with enhanced
financial support for staff training. Employers who enrol their staff in
CSP may
enjoy substantial absentee payroll subsidy.

Based on the Service
Excellence Workforce Skills Qualifications, CSP aims to equip participant with
essential and transferable customer service skills.

Methodology

hands-on sessions via mini-lectures, interactive activities, group &
individual exercises e.g. role-plays, independent learning sessions and
mutual sharing & feedback
