SHRI seeks to provide platforms for HR and business leaders to meet, share, exchange and learn through various platforms. Various networking and sharing sessions are created in a year to keep CEOs, HR and business leaders and managers and executives updated with the happenings affecting the HR and business climates.

The following are the synopsis of each Annual Conference and Seminar:

 

SHRI Outlook

This Conference is usually held in January and provides the trends and outlook for the year, for HR and Economics and Businesses. It is usually attended by Business Leaders, Managers and MDs.

 

SHRI Forum

This is a topical conference and focuses on different topics each time. Some recent topics include Talent Management, HR Metrics and Measurement. This conference is usually attended by HR Managers, Senior Execs and their supervisors.

 

SHRI Leading HR Summit

This conference is a follow up to the Singapore HR Awards that SHRI presents annually. The recipients of the Awards will be invited to present their leading practices at this 2-day conference. It is usually attended by HR Executives and Managers who wish to learn and adapt these best practices.

 

SHRI HRD Conference

This conference complements the Singapore HR Congress & Business Connect Exposition 2009. It covers Human Resource Development topics over 2 days. Some of the Awards recipients will also present at this conference. It is usually attended by coaches, trainers, CEOs and MDs

SHRI Global HR Conference

This conference focuses on regional or international topics such as relocation issues, international compensation and benefits etc. It is meant for regional and international managers and companies.
