Designer / Visual Executive
Summary Description
Performs a variety of graphic
design solutions for the required products and activities related to SHRI, such
as poster, collaterals, flyers, brochures, annual report, advertisement,
exhibition and display and corporation communication (e.g., giving SHRI Academy
a visual “brand”); and performs related work as required.
Illustrative Essential Duties/
Responsibilities

Communicate with the colleagues
who are in charge the projects to discuss the objectives and requirement of
the projects.

Interpreting the job needs and
developing a concept to suit the purpose through researching and sourcing.

Contacting suppliers, printers,
newspaper advertisement agent for quotation, material provided and printing
schedule.

Amending designs according to the
feedback and comments.

Proofreading and preparing designs
to be sent to print.
Occasionally work activities include:

Designing for and monitoring
schedule of Human Capital Magazine (In-house consuming magazine)
-
Designing and assembling
decoration (sticker) on the wall or the doors at school areas including of
SHRI Academy and Corp.
Employment Standards
Education / experience: Diploma in graphic design, illustration, fine art
or a related subject.
Knowledge: Having a creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
as well as the strong compute skills. An interest in graphics and typography is
a must. It would be advantage being familiar with the various forms of graphic
design output and printing knowledge, such as color separation.
Skill: Good skills of design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and
InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, as well as MS word, MS Power Point, etc.
Personal skill: Strong communication skill, and good time management
skill.
