Job Description:
-
To lead a team in
developing and growing the unit's business, with alignment to the
organisation's objectives
-
To develop, plan &
market public workshops, in-company trainings and consultancy
projects
-
To make business
presentations and prepare project proposals
-
To service clients
and provide them with support
-
To execute and
co-ordinate training programmes with clients & trainers
Requirement:
-
Degree holder in HRM
and/or Training & Development, with at least 3-5 years of relevant
working experience
-
Knowledge of WSQ,
SDF & SRP is essential
-
Proficient in
writing, marketing, presentation and communication skills
-
Possess excellent
customer services and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent
leadership management and interpersonal skills with ability to work
effectively with people all levels
-
Able to multi-task
and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to meet
tight deadlines, analytical and attentive to details
- Dynamic
and independent personality is vital
