Executive ( Programme)
Job Description:
- Handle enquiries
and walk-in potential students
- Ensure good customer
service relationship with students
- Cross-sell training
courses when opportunity arise
- Course coordination
- Fully responsible
for all training administration
- Experience in handling
degree programmes will be preferred
- You will be
responsible for fulfillment of courses assigned. Key
responsibilities include sales/ marketing, customer service, class
preparation (class confirmation/ cancellation, attendance list,
evaluation forms etc; liaison with trainees and vendors on
course-related matters), timely submission of claims to Finance Dept
and funding agencies, filing and documentation
Requirement:
- Candidate must
possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Pleasant and mature personality
and people-oriented
- Good communication,
interpersonal and writing skills
- Able to work
independently with good organisation skills
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office and other IT applications
- Self-initiative,
able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Must be able to
start work immediately
- Applications should
be Singaporean citizens
