Admission Requirements

Applicants must meet the following 2 requirements:

Certificate in Human Resource Management awarded by SHRI or equivalent
-
GCE 'O'
Level credit in Mathematics (required for better understanding, analysis
and interpretation of statistical concepts and salary survey results of
compensation and benefits system)

Applicants who attain Level 4 / Level 5 Literacy (Reading and Listening)
& Numeracy under the alternative ESS credentials.
(Employability
Skills System, ESS, is the alternative credential to determine admission
into course. It is the foundation of the Workforce Skills Qualifications
system and trains workers in fundamental skills such as literacy, numeracy,
communication skills and problem-solving skills.)

The final decision concerning admission to the programme rests with the
Academic Advisory Board.

Skills Development Fund (SDF) Training Assistance (Pre-approved for SMEs
