SHRI’s ProfCertCBM programme imparts an understanding and appreciation of the concepts and practices that will enable students to more effectively manage the administration of Compensation and Benefits. The programme provides a good grounding for those who seek to pursue a career in this field, and enhances the career opportunities of those who have recently entered this line of work. Participants will be able to apply what they have learnt to design effective motivational reward systems for their respective organisations.

Course Duration

· 7 months; 104 training hours

Assessment Methods

The Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits Management will be awarded by SHRI when candidates have attended all seven modules in the programme, passed the written examination and have successfully completed the market/salary survey project. Those who have registered only for specific modules will be presented with a Certificate of Attendance at the end of each module.

Advancement

Upon successful completion, ProfCertCBM graduates are encouraged to proceed to the next programme as follows:
· Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management programme
·
Those with 3 GCE 'O' Level passes are encouraged to proceed to the Certificate in Human Resource Management programme.
· Those with 5 GCE 'O' Level passes are encouraged to proceed to the Diploma in Business & Human Resource Management programme.
