SHRI’s ProfCertCBM
programme imparts an understanding and appreciation of the
concepts and practices that will enable students to more effectively
manage the administration of Compensation and Benefits. The programme
provides a good grounding for those who seek to pursue a career in this
field, and enhances the career opportunities of those who have recently
entered this line of work. Participants will be able to apply what they
have learnt to design effective motivational reward systems for their

Assessment
Methods
The Professional Certificate in Compensation
& Benefits Management will be awarded by SHRI when candidates have
attended all seven modules in the programme, passed the written
examination and have successfully completed the market/salary survey
project. Those who have registered only for specific modules will be
presented with a Certificate of Attendance at the end of each module.
Advancement
Upon
successful completion, ProfCertCBM graduates are encouraged to proceed
to the next programme as follows:

Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management programme
·
Those
with 3 GCE 'O' Level passes are encouraged to proceed to the Certificate
in Human Resource Management programme.
·
Those
with 5 GCE 'O' Level passes are encouraged to proceed to the Diploma in
Business & Human Resource Management programme.
