Admission Requirements

Applicants should possess one of the following:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource
Development/Industrial Relations/Management with minimum 2 years of relevant
work experience

Bachelor's degree in other areas, together with post-graduate
qualifications in HR-related discipline, or relevant work experience

Bachelor's degree in a non-related field may be required to complete
foundation units. Depending on experience, applicants may be required to
undertake specific units prior to entering the course. Such applicants will be
assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Applicants who possess extensive work experience in the area of HR but
do not have
the appropriate qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case
basis.
Exemptions
Approval for exemption
is at the sole discretion of Curtin University.
