The Master of Human Resources is a fully accredited graduate degree programme that is designed to meet the professional development needs of senior levels of HR practitioners. It covers the deeper issues of staffing, remuneration systems, performance management, HRM strategy, industrial and employee relations, international HRM, managerial leadership, amongst others.

Course Duration

· minimum 24 months (part-time)
·
36 hours of lectures over 10 sessions
· Lessons are conducted once a week (weeknights) after office hours (7pm-10pm), except for 2 sessions which are conducted by Curtin University lecturers over the weekend

Methodology

· Lectures, case studies, group discussions and tutorials
·
Conducted by Curtin University lecturers and local lecturers
· Classroom learning plus interactions on Curtin's e-Learning portal
