SHRI’s GDipTD
programme is designed to develop individuals to be
proficient in areas involving organisational and individual development.
The programme will provide individuals with a sound knowledge of
training and development issues and equip them to design and deliver
training programmes. The programme will benefit those working in the HRD
/ training & development department as well as those interested in
becoming a trainer.

Course Duration
·
12 months; 165 training hours
·
Lessons are conducted twice a week
Assessment
Methods
Candidates are assessed by assignments and / or projects. Upon
successful completion of the programme, candidates will be awarded the
Graduate Diploma in Training & Development and graduates may use
the title “GDipTD” after their names.
Candidates will be awarded the Graduate Certificate in Training &
Development upon successful completion of these four modules should
they choose not to complete the entire programme:
Module 1: Organisational Learning
Module 2: Strategic & Change Management
Module 4: Training Needs Analysis
Module 5: Competency-based Assessment and Evaluation
Candidates will be awarded the Graduate Certificate in Train the
Trainer and Internal Consultancy upon successful completion of these
three modules should they choose not to complete the entire programme:
Module 1: Organisational Learning
Module 3: Internal Consultant
Module 6: Train the Trainer
Advancement
GDipTD
graduates are encouraged to enrol in the Master of HR programme, jointly
offered by Curtin University of Technology and SHRI.
