Diploma in Organisational Psychology (DipOP)

SHRI’s DipOP is designed to provide a solid foundation in the field of psychology and focuses on the psychological aspects of organisational functioning. Students will be expected to critically engage in psychological theories and their applications. This programme will benefit those working in management/supervisory positions as well as professionals whose job requires them to interact with others on a frequent basis.

Course Duration

Assessment Methods

Candidates are assessed by examinations, class participation and assignments. The Diploma in Organisational Psychology will be awarded by SHRI upon successful completion of this programme and graduates may use the title “DipOP” after their names.
