SHRI’s DipCBM
programme provides a solid grounding for individuals to learn
in-depth the methodology for designing a motivational rewards system and
integrating them with the organisation’s strategic business direction.
It offers a new and wider perspective into the concept of compensation
and benefits, both locally and internationally. In addition, it equips
individuals with knowledge and skills to manage compensation and
benefits for the organisation effectively to create positive business
results and flexibility in adjusting the business costs in response to
the rapid changing economy.

Course Duration

Lessons are conducted twice a week
Assessment
Methods
Candidates are assessed by assignments, tests and a written examination.
Students who attend and pass all seven modules in the programme and
successfully complete the market / salary survey project and a Final C&B
project will be awarded
the Diploma in Compensation and Benefits Management by SHRI.
Candidates will be awarded the Certificate
in Strategic and Administrative Compensation & Benefits Management
upon the successful completion of Modules 1 and 2; or Certificate
in Benefits, Incentives & Salary Management upon the
successful completion of Modules 3 and 4; or Certificate in Strategic
and International Compensation & Benefits upon the successful
completion of Modules 1 and 5.
Advancement
DipCBM graduates are encouraged to enrol in the Bachelor of Commerce
(Management & HRM), subject to Curtin University of Technology’s
approval. Candidates may be required to take additional business units.
