Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM)

SHRI’s CHRM programme is an intensive course that is designed to provide personnel officers, HR officers, clerks, administrators and secretaries with a sound foundation in HRM. The course also paves the way for students to advance to the Diploma in Business & HRM programme.
Course Content 

Module 1 - Training & Development
Module 2 - General Management
Module 3 - Human Resource Management I
Module 4 - Human Resource Management II
Module 5 - Employee Relations I
Module 6 - Employee Relations II
The modules listed above may be conducted in a different sequence.

 Course Duration

 · 9 months; 156 training hours; 6 modules
 · Lessons are conducted twice a week
Assessment Methods

 Candidates are assessed through assignments and written examinations at the end of each module. Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will be awarded the Certificate in Human Resource Management by SHRI.

Advancement

 CHRM graduates are encouraged to enrol in the Diploma in Business & Human Resource Management or Professional Diploma in People Management programme.
