Human
resource practitioners have a greater need to be effective in their
working relationship with others. First, their job requires them to come
in contact with all types of people from all levels in the organisation.
Second, as professionals involved in personnel work, they are expected
by both management and workers to have a good understanding of human
behaviour and possess exemplary interpersonal skills.
Designed to help HR officers and supervisors enhance their working
