The Institute offers a diversified range of academic programmes under its academic arm – SHRI Academy.

With a comprehensive training and education curriculum, the Academy offers a diversified range of academic programmes from basic certificate to master degree levels under its three Schools, namely – the SHRI School of Human Capital Management, the SHRI School of Financial Services & Risk Management, and the SHRI School of Business. Offering lifelong learning opportunities through courses ranging from the Basic Certificate in HRM and Certificate in Financial Services to the Master of HR, MBA and Master of Applied Finance, SHRI’s programmes are designed to accommodate students with different educational qualifications and career aspirations.

Apart from working with prestigious partner universities like Curtin University (Western Australia), the Academy continues to offer these programmes from Macquarie University (Sydney) – MAFC Master of Applied Finance, MGSM Master of Business Administration, MGSM Master of Management, MSGM Postgraduate Diploma in Management and MGSM Postgraduate Certificate in Management.

The duration of SHRI programmes ranges from 3 months to 24 months to accommodate working adults with different qualifications and career aspirations. The Academy also offers customised in-company training programmes in Professional Basic Certificate in People Supervisory Skills, Certificate in Human Resource Management and Advanced Certificate in Banking Services to clients such as OCBC Bank, NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd and Singapore Police Force, among others.
